In chapter five, what does "her ignorance is hourly flattery" mean in reference to Harriet?[SIZE=+1]

I'm not entirely sure since I don't have the book near me to check the context but I would think that this is saying that Harriet's ignorance and non-understanding actually flatters Emma. Because Emma fancies herself smarter than Harriet, when Harriet acts and talks like an ignorant person she is making Emma appear better than she really is, flattering her. I think - sorry if this is wrong :)
