I was just reading about employment experience and i am curious if anyone knows what is considered fully documented in terms of employment, and is the only thing required a statement of service or are pay slips and tax file numbers required?

The problem is i haven't been on the books the entire time i was working, i worked off the books for a year and on the books for nearly a year so im not sure if i should mention 2 years worth of work or one, if i get asked for further proof after putting 2 years of work i wont be able to prove it.
What would you recommend?
Do uni's require further proof once accepted?
