Enabling GIFs for a friend (1 Viewer)

I have a friend who is a BoS user and she wants to add a gif in her signature, but her features say that she disabled to add GIFs in her signature, and she is asking me for help and I have no clue on how to help her, either can anyone help me out here.

Do you need to be a member for certain amount of time then? I've so far not seen any GIFs in signatures so just assumed couldn't do it, along with HTML code in signatures?

EDIT: Nvm just spotted a few people with GIFs in siggies. - I musn't have been paying much attention.
