you guys are slow then, surely you can run 800m in less than 2.5 mins
dude 2.5 minutes isn't that bad, even at my best in year 11 and 12 I was doing 2 flats. For extended running ~5 minute kilometers is quite acceptable.

I tried this the other day - lasted a couple of minutes jogging, max. I hate jogging, it's just so awkward.

lol 2.5 was our old 800m school record
but i left when i was 15 so i didnt get to break it cos i got heaps faster in 16-17s
~5min/km is a decent speed for long distance

i tore my medial ligament.
no more hour runs for me. just the boredom of spending one hour on a stationary bike.
Did that too, last year. It sucks balls.
But, I'm back to running.
I hate jogging, I have absolutely no endurance in my unless it's for competitve sports like touch football or netball (two most damaging sports on the knee -.-' )
I'm better at sprinting.
I'm certain that I'm all fast-twitch muscle.

because half of the people in this thread probably take the goodamn lifts.

unlike you i take the stairs regardless of the number of floors.

enjoy being incinerated in a burning lift or having hands reach the wrong places in a blackout.

brb, once i step up a bit more, ill be classified as an Athlete, alongside my current skill as Scout and Engineer.
