oh sweet
thanks YBK
no prob.

i just remembered the other one

The Rime of the Ancient Mariner
http://etext.lib.virginia.edu/stc/Coleridge/poems/Rime_Ancient_Mariner.html

ummm..

The Ancient Mariner is like Frankenstein; they are both saved by a ship. The slaying of the albatross is like the monster killing everyone that Frankenstein cared for.

hehe, that's my response to one of the questions relating to the poem's relation to the book, I think it's right. Read through the poem, you'll find much more similarities, and you'll find the corresponding appropriations.

i asked my teacher today and he said for it to be an appropriation, it needed to have lended something from Frankenstein
and clearly told me that for this task, the chosen texts would have to be written after Frankenstein

I Robot, Edward Scissorhands, and that movie, it's old. I can't remember what it was called, but if I keep typing now it might come to me... it had Peter Boyle in it. Nope. Sorry.

AI starring Jude Law could be a good example.
