ENGG1000 sem2 or next year sem1 (1 Viewer)

Hi. I created this acc to ask this question
Is it worth it to swap a second year course for semester 2 later so that I can take ENGG1000 next year semester 1.
Also, I've heard some things about ENGG1000 and would like to know if it is really that bad ?

To be clear, there are a 2nd year course that I can do in my first year sem 2 later since it has no prerequisite.
Should I take that course and leave ENGG1000 for semester 1 next year ?
or should I just take ENGG1000 sem 2 later
