Engineering/Commerce Enrolment Help! (1 Viewer)

Hey guys i just got an offer to engineering commerce at UNSW and im trying to enrol but need help. Ive already done a year at unsw so i think they shouldve transferred my credits. ive decided i want to do finance as a major and management as a minor. since this is my 1st semester 2nd year, my electrical skool says to do one commerce course this session. Im trying to enrol into FINS1612 Capital Markets & Institution but its saying that I dont meet the requirements. Ive searched for info about this but cant find any. Are there any mandatory core class I need to do for my commerce degree. I understand that a str8 commerce degree has those but does that apply to my engineering/commerce. there are math courses part of those mandatory class, wouldnt my engingeering math be cover those classes for me? anyone doin engineering commerce, what commerce courses should i 1st do?

Enrolment Requirements:
Corequisite: ECON1101, ECON1202

Note: With engineering and commerce, ECON1202 is usually waived with your mathematics subjects that are involved with statistics.

So... check your status with regards to ECON1101, otherwise enrol in it.
