This is a change from all these UAI predictions. If anyone would be able to do a calculation to estimate my English (Advanced) mark that would be awesome.

Task 1 : 8/15 Weighting 10%
Task 2 : 12/15 Weighting 15%
Task 3 : 6/15 Weighting 15%
Task 4 : 9/15 Weighting 15%
Trial
Paper 1
Section 1 : 14/15
Section 2 : 9/15
Section 3 : 8/15
Paper 2
Section 1 : 6/20
Section 2 : 16/20
Section 3 : 15/20
Trial Weighting 30%
Task 5 : 15/15 Weighting 15%

And just for interest. Half yearly report mark was 68/100 ranked 171/173 (Tasks 1,2&3)
Trial report mark 85/100. Unsure about rank, I think it was around 130 or 140ish out of 173
Group mean for half yearly and trial was 90/100

you make me feel so stupid its not funny. im so pissed at myself and at the stupid teachers....dammit, after the half yearlies, i have 2nd in the year/assessment rank. now, because of one crummy mark, im 16th. i swear i wanna kill em...KILL

i got a raw mark of 72% in my trials:
paper 1:
sect.1- 10/15
sect.2-13/15
sect.3-15/15
paper 2:
sect.1-12/20
sect.2-14/20
sect.3-12/20
which is pretty crap. stupid ranks! my average/raw assessment mark is 81.

My friend got
8/15 speech worth 15%
11/15 and 12/15 for creative writing hand in and journeys inclass essay worth 10%
so total of 25% for AoS. His rank was in the 30s...
King Lear assessment 45/50 which was 13.5/15 when it was brought into the proper marks. that is 90%...this had a 15% weighting
Half yearly he got 78% however this was 2nd out of 92
BNW/BR inclass essay he got 18/20 equal first/92
Frontline handin and inclass 100% which was equal 1st/92
Trial he got 84% which was 4th/92. weighting was 20%
where do you reckon his overall rank is...
Id say it would have been first if he didnt screw up those AoS assessments
but I'm not so sure now...
for assessments for semester 2 his rank was 1/92
for the semester one (up until half yearly), he was 19/92

thanks

What school is that? With an average 90/100, and you got 85/100 and still came in the bottom range of your school? Thanx for making me stress.

I got 66.9%. However, I gave equal weighting to each trial exam... and you'd have to find out whether or not that's the actual case.

I go to Ruse.
The poor raw trial marks scaled to an 85 should be an indication of the scaling.
So I dunno..
AFAIK Paper 1 and Paper 2 in the trial are given equal weighting.
Trial rank is 145/172
