Enmore/Ticketek question (1 Viewer)

I just got tickets to a concert at the Enmore in the mail. Apart from the tickets, there was an extra little card thing labelled 'Receipt', with the name of the person who paid for it (my mum).

now on the Ticketek site it says this:

"Please be advised that the Credit Card Holder MUST make this booking and MUST be present with the credit card and photo I.D. Tickets will not be issued to persons other than the credit card holder!"

are they talking about just picking up/getting sent the tickets? Or do you have to bring the receipt and ID on the night for them to let you in? In which case I'm screwed because my mum's not going.
