Hi all,

With Equity Scholarships are you told via email before the main round offers if you will receive one from the universities you applied to, to help make a decision or does it come with your offer?? How does it work??

Hey
I got an email about it the day after the first round offers come out and it was from USYD rather than through UAC. Also, you will probably (IDK maybe this is wrong) only get one from the university you get an offer from, rather than getting a few to chose from.

You will get the scholarship offer the day after the main rounds. Considering that you are going to accept your main round offer from the institution of whichever university, they assume you're going to accept it.

Be aware there will only be limited number of equity scholarships regardless of which university you apply for.

Meaning that the university you've made the offer, that university will also assess you on your scholarship. If you decide you would like to enroll at a different uni after the main rounds, you won't able to get the scholarship as its only a one round

Main round offer (or previous offer during this period, ie. Early Jan Offers) at whichever Uni = Assessment of scholarship offer.

You will get a notification via UAC the next day after main round uni offers and a letter from UAC+University of accepting, deferring or declining the offer.
