This is for the class BABS1201 Molecules, Cells and Genes for B Science/B Edcuation (sec) majoring in Biology. The classes are not full and I can't find this criteria. What to do? I don't even know if I'm enrolling in the correct classes.

I suspect it's because since it's not a core for an undeclared Science major, you'll probably have to wait until a certain amount of Biotechnology students have chosen it. But this is just speculation (well, an inference from another similar situation), best to contact the university directly.
