ESL scaled better than standard in both 01 and 02.

damn.. isnt there an advantage to international students then? like for one..they must be rich to send their children here to study.. then they get an advantage for scaling here.. and they can pay $$$ for uni as well.... kinda odd dont you think? but yeah.. money makes the world go round

It scales better because a higher quality of candidates sat for the ESL exam comparatively to the standard english exam.
