Hi, i have a job interview 2moro, in the letter they told me to wear 'smart casual' clothes. not sure wat this means. is that just normal casual clothes?

smart casual generally means, nice shirt, not a tee or a polo, but a proper button up shirt or blouse, and a nice pair of trousers or a nice skirt
also wear nice shoes, no thongs
