lol my syopsis had to be 200 words, and my essays 2 200, mine could be between 2000-2500

so as you can see form mine my essay isnt THAT long! so it really odes sound bigger than it is!

yeah i checked it out about 2300 words. I was soo surprised i wad expecting like 800words LMAO. But our teacher said like 15 pages but she likes 1.5 spacing and the margins reduced HEAPS!

On the other hand if you feel like it you could just ignore ur teacehrs like me and write 5000 words instead Hist ext was so much fun!

My essays length is sposed to be 2500words but a couple of hundred words over is ok as long as its not like 1000 words over, thats a pretty big margin my teachers set there, im a little annoyed by it.. when does 'a few hundred' stop and 'like 1000' begin?

Our synopsis was 500 and our thing is around 2500
Its so intense though, someone told me that another school near us had their word limit at around 6000 words
I'd hate to have to write that much
I mean i think i could do it but I think that writing that much would just get really really boring

No way. I'd love 6000 words.

I find that i've researched a hell of a lot, and that my 2500 word limit is simply not enough to effectively convey what I want to say. There's been a very significant part of my essay that has been left out simply because of word limits.

It's just one (of many) reasons why I regret not doing EE2 instead of History Extension.

Our essay has to be around 2500 words. +/- 10%.
I'd rather it be 5-10000.
I mean it's 8 odd months of work, you'll have a lot to say.

I'm pretty sure the proposal is not included in the word limit although it may difer school to school.

How do you guys manage to fit it all in these short responses. I haven't seen our assignment sheet but I have seen previous assignments and they average around 30 pages of almost non-stop typing. It may be double spaced but that's still a hell of a lot more than 2000 words!

yeah some peopel just ignore the word limit for some unknown reason. Or they invest in amazing amounts of footnotes.

2500 words is whats neeeded
