Journeys offer opportunities for discovery.
To what extent have you found this in your study of The Journey?

How would you approach this question, im dumbfounded atm, being sick and all 2 days before half yearlies, do we hvae to talk about techniques used in skrzyneckis poetry? Or just talk about what journeys can offer and refer to quotes to show this

All three. You have to discuss what is being offered by the journey and use quotes to back up what you are saying. You have to then analyse the quotes/the insight through the techniques.

Hence, try to choose quotes that can be analysed through the techqniues used (eg alliteration, symbolism, alusions etc. present in the quote).

The question is just asking about how the journey helps the traveller make discoveries. The discoveries can be about anything: the traveller, the world around them, their beliefs, etc. Remember, it's always easier to agree with the question (ie: the physical journney does help the traveller make discovers through...) then to disagree.
