what do u reckon the chances are that in our essay questions they will ask us to "evaluate the legal issues and remedies"
i really hope they do, because that would be the easiest question i reckon, for both family and workplace.. :) write back !

I hope we get a question on change, conflict or ethics in the paper...it'd be about bloody time.

You kids should also remember that the paper was written in lieu of the timetable. Given the high-calibre responses of last year, my assumption is that we can only expect harder, more left-field questions this year.

Peace out and good luck ^__^

that'd be really nice, i'd seriously doubt it'd be that easy though...

"evaluate the effectiveness of the law in achieving justice for individuals and society..."
that would be just great
but they asked that in 2003
so I reckon it will either be one with a quote...
and the other one broad
OR one with a specific aspect. like Disolution and marriage?

yeah, perhaps a question focusing on evaluating the effectiveness of the legal system in responding to the needs of families, marriages and de facto relationships. something along the lines of that would be good.

also joe.....GL with legal and SOR 2moro....im sure you'll do gr8!

Our year could be given a worse paper
Nah hopefully not...
At least we know what to expect for law and society at least
but crime... I'm still doubting

i like crime. oh except for the mini essay at the end, that's annoying and time consuming.

ah i hate those 10 mark thingys at the end of the crime section. i always end up getting 7s and 8s for that. aarggh! i relly hope the essay has nothing to do with that complaince stuff....i have no idea about that. it really hope its a broad question so i can write heaps.
