Yeah that's no problem. The people scanning and marking do absolutely everything they can to make sure your paper is properly marked.

Even if the paper ends up with the marking team marking question xxx and you have clearly answered question yyyy it will be fixed by the simple procedure of the marker referring it to their Senior Marker and having them get the clerical people to relabel it. It happens all the time. I have lost count of the number of times I have seen a response labelled for Leni or Speer come across my desk/laptop but in reality be a Trotsky, Mandela or some other personality.
