Depends. If you have a very lenient teacher, then one can be better in some instances. However, in most circumstances, its better to have two or more, especially if you want them to be critical of your work.

i assume that the OP means _before_ examination time? in which case you want all the feedback you can get

Definitiely more than one teacher marking - having teachers mark their own class' work for an assessment creates the possibility of unfair or bias marking, meaning the other class mgiht get better marks from a more lenient teacher. Unfair to you because it your rank might get affected.
