I have to research the following dotpoint:

Process information from secondary sources to identify and describe the uses of esters as flavours and perfumes in processed foods and cosmetics.

Does anyone know any good websites that answer this? Please don't answer the dotpoint, I want to find it myself but I can't find anything that explicitly answers it (note: I have tried search engines).

Thanks

Try this one:

Also, if you have the time, try to get your hands on a book called "Chemistry in the Marketplace" I think that's the name of it.. I have only filpped through it on a few occasions, but it *might* have esters/food flavouring information in it since it's a pretty thick book about consumer chemistry.. It's worth reading one way or the other, because it has chocolate in it :p

I'll post again if I come across anything else :)

hope that helps :) good luck!
