Business Studies: 9/15 (81%)
Legal Studies: 5/11 (93%)
Ancient History: 10/11 (63%)
Mathematics: 72/87 (75%)
History Ext: 5/5 (64%)

I'm sort of scared because I have no clue how I will perform in the externals, roughly what percentile would I be looking to hit to raise these up to a 96+?

96+ is going to be difficult from here. id say ur looking at:
