eStudent/enrolment help. PLEASE. (1 Viewer)

so i went to the pre-enrolment thingo today.

got everything done, no problems whatsoever. i decided to enrol in my units at home because i used to do a degree at mq a year or two ago so i knew how the process went.

i get home and eStudent tells me "you do not have access to self enrol in any units on this study plan". WHAT?! WHY?!

i've emailed eStudent support but is there something blatantly obvious i'm missing? what else can i do?!

i've studied at another uni (which shall remain nameless in this context) where if i needed any sort of help i would have to hunt it and tie people down to get any kind of response.

mq, no problems at all! both online and face to face. it makes all this uni crap so much easier.
