Haha I loved that experiment...our school didn't have enough hotplates to do it on so we used bunsen burners...oops! Flames flames everywhere...well not really, only on one which wasn't connected everywhere but still, looked cool.

Also, been a bit lazy and didn't read the above posts properly, but just remember..dehydration-conc, which becomes de-co, which becomes decore, that shampoo...

talking abt bunsen burners, yeah i rem. we u use to run our pens, papers and even our hand thru the yellow bunsen flame.
