at the start of a semester timing is crucial....
however get into week 5 and onwards ppl start ditching lectures and stuff
hence more parking
i know western is hard bcoz its the cheapest but i havnt had to search for a carpark since week 2 when parking in the more expensive areas.....
u c heaps of cars driving past the expensive carparks trying to find the cheaper ones.... pretty funny coz then when ur parking, u c them coming into south western carpark coz the other one is jam packed.
i rather pay extra for a guranteed spot than drive around a car park for who knows how long for a cheaper carpark.
then again it comes down to luck....
