Hi,

Can somebody please give me their answer to a question that goes something like this.

1. Carbohydrate loading would be most beneficial in which of these events?
a. 100m sprint
b. shotput
c. 1500m swim
d. triathalon

I thinkt hat the answer is d but carbo loading is used mainly for endurance events and 1500m swim is endurance isnt it?? i think its triathalon bec its longer??

Also 2.
How would you describe dribbling in a football match (soccer)
it is an open skill but the multiple choice had two close answers
it variedf from open, serial, fine motor skill??

the first answer has to be D... triathlon... our teacher is a triathlete guy n we were taught that carb loading is used for endurance events that last longer than 90minutes... or something like that...

umm for the soccer question... a fine motor skill uses small muscle groups yeh??? but drippling is going to involve movement from the quads, hamstrings etc... i guess id pick open/serial ...
