Yeah i know its pointless but my stupid school only lets you do ext1 english if u get a band 6... :mad1: and at least a band 5 for advanced english. I'm only gonna worry about english because of that reason and the rest won't be much of a big deal.

So that means a person who gets 89 doesn't get to do it, but one who gets 90 does. o.0 Why should there be such a cut-off line in the first place?

Personally I think its just a threat..
But i wouldnt wanna risk it. I really want to do english.
Is it just me or does anyone else screws up the most in the multiple choice section??? I'm fine with the rest of the paper but the multiple choice seems so rigged.

Yeah, i always seem to get the multiple choice questions stuffed up. I lost nearly all my marks that i got wrong from there.

Science: 90 Band 6
Geography: 89 Band 5
English: 87 Band 5
History: 76 Band 4

I was quite happy with mine, especially seeing as I did practicically no study whatsoever for maths and history

English - 70% (the marker didn't understand my creative writing piece - it was 'too abstact')
Maths - 90%
Science - 86%
Geography - 94% (2nd)
History - 84%

a few of my friends say if you add 10% to your trial mark it's supposed to be a reasonable indication of your actual SC mark (hoorah i'm gonna get 104% for geography!)

Only like 4 people passed in english, science, maths, hist/geo. IN THE WHOLE YEAR!
