If motivating yourself to get the ATAR goal you want does not work. Try disciplining yourself. Write up your study goals you want to achieve each day and work hard towards it. Get rid of all distractions and FORCE yourself to start. Starting may be very difficult, just tell yourself to put 15 minutes into it. You will lose track of time and just continue studying.

Also, happy birthday on the English Paper 1 day.
