I had 5 written and 1 prac. 3 down, 3 to go, and at this stage things are not looking good. Grrrr, stupid exams.

Not really. So far it has seemed too easy, both in terms of the content and workload (for a credit - low distinction range of marks) Second year can be a bit of a bastard at times, but that's what you should expect.

Edit: Three final exams with one already shot down.

Meh...I have 3 exams in 3 days - 3 completely different subjects too...Management Accounting, Macroeconomics, Cross-cultural business...

Then 1 week after till stats

Uni is good, but it sux hardcore during exams, worse than HSC i reckon

eh you're forgetting the stress stress stress, mixture of anxiety and uncertainty plus the burden of the huuuge responsibility felt knowing so much is dependent on your performance over the span of a mere few hours. the hsc is a whole year's work and you don't know what they will ask. if you get thrown off.. au revoir etc

and waaaaay to encourage hsc-ers, you hsc-er encourager.

i haven't written more than 100 words in a sentence since the hsc

i cannot imagine a fate worse than having to repeat some of the subjedts i have done this year, thats whats keeping me going. my last exam is on the 17th, after which i will be job hunting...hmmm, maybe i should have done that earlier....

Well, it would depend upon the unit (ie whether it was year long, only a semester, and so on), although as the large majority of units are only run over the course of a single semester the exams tend to cover the content of that one period, although in a number of cases mid-semester exams mean that only the second half of the unit is covered in the final exam.

So in Uni, you could actually repeat subjects you failed? What does that mean, i know in College if you fail a unit or something you can move it to next semester to pass it, true? or i might be wrongly acknowledged

What i'm most worried about is WRITING ESSAYS!!!! i mean for all my school subjects i have good-strong knowledge of my subjects but essay's always SCREW me is true

Repeating a unit would normally take place in the next semester that offers the course, so you may have to wait for the following year or you may be able to take it the following semester.

Essays may not be a problem, as your course determines the likelihood of essays being used as a form of assessment.
