Due to me buggering up my enrollment, along with needing to repeat statistics, I will have exceeded the 144cp limit by 3cp at the end of my degree (no, I'm not counting repeating stats as two seperate subjects 
). I read in the handbook that 144cp is just the minimum required to get my degree, but exceeding it requires permission from the Dean. Why is this? I read in a UNSW thread that exceeding the limit meant you had to pay for the extra subject(s). Is this the case for Usyd?
