when talking abt the measurement of relative exchange rates is there any other way to do this besides the Trade Weighted Index (TWI)?

and i dont mean determination. i mean measurement. or is that the same thing?

well cause in the syllabus it says

- to other individual currencies
- Trade Weighted index

so.. i thought there might be another way?
