Hi Everyone,
Currently offering tutoring in HSC and Preliminary Chemistry, Biology, Eco, Maths.
My approach is a tailored strategy based on your learning needs, focusing on achieving the best possible mark in your assessments (which make up 50% of your marks) then finally your HSC by augmenting your strengths and strengthening your weaknesses, regardless of topic OR format e.g. MCQ, short answer, long response
I have had over 5yrs of tutoring experience and have had students from a range of schools including Ruse, Sydney Boys/Girls, Sydney Tech etc and who have seen significant improvements in their performance.
Briefly relating to my HSC:
ATAR99.95
Chemistry 97
Biology 97
Economics 97
Maths 3U 98
Maths 4U 96
Also:
Former tutor within Ruse with a class of 30
Tutoring Experience in several leading HSC Tutoring Firms (Classes and Individual)
Over 5 yrs group/individual tutoring experience
My method involves:
A tailored strategy focusing on your needs
Step by step explanation process which breaks down difficult concepts to palatable chunks
Various methodologies in explanation based on the best way you learn: diagrammatic, interactive, visual, practical etc
Techniques taught to tackle all manners and all formats of Questions: MCQ, Short Answer, Long Answer, Essays
Both Understanding AND Expressing concepts taught (the first makes sense to you, the second makes sense to the marker so both are important)
Tutoring available as one-to-one and small group up to around 5.
