i was so nervous when i got my result today my teacher said that only one person got above 80% and astonishinglywhen we got our papers back i got 82/84=98% this moves me from 3rd to 1st.
the second highest mark was 65/84=77% so i was really happy i killed it. i am now averaging 86% in 3unit

i also got 4 unit back 2day i got 89/120=74% i came 2nd in my class first place got 91/120=76% i was happy with that aswell i ended up ranking equal 1st in 4unit and 1st in 3unit. i think my lowest rank would be in business im ranked 3rd however still havent recieved trail back.

best of luck everyone who is still doin thier trials

If someone could get the solutions up on BoS, it would be of benefit to the maths community here.

1. cool :)
2. damn ur good at maths (and i'm sure u've heard that a few times)

so that'd put u on 1st for 3u then?
Overall? Hell no. I only managed 71% for the first test, I'll be third at best.

And being good has nothing to do with it, its all just hard work.

What did you put for the rates of change question? "-5" or "decreasing by 5" cos i think I got ripped off for that.

Yeah the marking scheme was dumb, and my teachers stuck to it.

Edited because at least one of them reads this board:p

Maybe the people doing CSSA are smarter this year?
Somehow I think this year has been a bit of a gift for people (3u and 4u) doing the CSSA. I looked at both and compared to the exams i did (independant?, not sure) , I can safely say I wish i sat the CSSA exams.
