Im sorry i didnt know where else to post this thread
i just wanna know if u do ext2 english u still have 2 sit 4 the 2unit paper ay ??!

i don't think so.....but im not sure....i think u just sit for the ext1 and ext2 paper....but i m seriously not sure....just confirm..

ext 2 english doesnt have an exam does is? just a mojor project.. my friend that do ext 2 sit the advanced paper as well as the ext 1 paper...

you have to sit for English Advanced (both papers) and Ext 1 English

Yes, you do... it's totally unlike 2 u maths, and there is no exam for 4 u english, just the MW

Isn't it exciting when you log onto StudentOnline and go to exam timetable. and there it says: 'Major work submitted'?

2u maths isn't sat by the 4u ppl only cause if you didn't get ~100 in 2u, you shouldn't be doing 4u.

obviously the bos ppl don't think very highly of the 4u english ppl

its cos us Extension 2 English people are deemed skilled and intelligent enough to manage 2, 3, and 4unit english..

apparently theyve marked our 4u things already too..

Wow. seriously? how did you know?

I just know that they have started to mark Drama major work (coz one of my teachers is a HSC drama MW marker as well)

You know, i am not sure if I want the mark back. I am scared that I will be disappointed. You see, before I signed up, my EX-tutor told me that I would fail hopelessly in 4U English. Of course, I ditched her and scored better in Eng Adv and Eng Ext 1!! and I did 4U hoping to prove her wrong!! that bitch

They marked them weeks ago! My teacher was marking them in our 2nd (maybe??) last week of school. It feels like such a long time since we handed in our MW's.

which medium did your teacher mark? Did he/she say anything about them? about this year's standard and stuff?

~sigh~ the fact that they have been marked sounds really scary. i don't know why, I feel really really nervous about it. I guess I am kinda looking forward to receiving it back. But at the same times, I feel the uncertainty that comes with it. I am really hoping that, even though if all my other subjects do not make it to Band 6, this will be the one that I can be proud of
