How do people who sit courses outside the school such as HSC languages get moderated, like if they sat it at OHS, Saturday school or outside tutor?

If it's a community languages school, then that is the school. If it's by themselves, then only the HSC exam matters.

what the...

if they had to apply for misadventure since they were absent on the day of the HSC then how would marks be calculated
