Just wondering (seems a good idea to post here), my sister has completed one year of B. Medical Science at UNSW with a GPA of 5 and wants to transfer to second year entry of B. Medical Science at USYD. Do you think this is possible? Thanks.

It's possible yes, but its all based on supply and demand, and also her UAI and the USYD UAI cutoff
