I got into B Commerce at Macquarie but I want to transfer to UNSW Commerce in the second year. I didn't get a very good ATAR (high 70's), so is it possible for me to get into UNSW and what marks do I need to get in uni?

Really, its difficult to say and no one here can really tell you. You'll have to go through UAC and apply with the new cohort next year and depending on whether the course has specific quotas for external or whether you just compete with the year 12s of 2014, so really the best advice anyone can give you is to aim to do well at Macquarie and hope that you have a high enough combo to transfer.
