Eyesight becoming weaker in hsc period (1 Viewer)

Am I the only one whose eyesight has gotten weaker in this period, I feel like I am glued to my screen all the time. I also have an iPad where I do all my past papers so it's like I don't get a break.

Wondering if anyone else has the same prob.???

Lowkey i think i worsened my eyesight by at least 0.5, i just couldn't see the train announcement screen standing like 7m away from it

my myopia 's increased bruh ima need concave lenses aaaah
i can't see even nearby objects clearly now so yeah total joy so ur def not the only one
send help please(or more preferably a pair of glasses with concave lenses).

spend some time outside, myopia develops if you stay indoors in the dark too long

Like other people have said, taking your eyes off your screen in between study sessions can reduce your chances of damaging your eyesight. In fact, I'd even recommend going screen free for some period of time after your HSC as well.
