Ahahahaha, when I first heard that song (2004 I think) I was obsessed with it, and thought it was perfect as a graduation song (here's to goodbye, tomorrow's gonna come too soon)dion7789 said:The songs that we had for our graduation were:
My Wish by Rascal Flatts
Im Not Gonna Cry by Cory Smith
Graduation by Vitamin C
Good Riddance (Time of your life) by Greenday
March out WAS meant to be Way To Go! by Rogue Traders but someone decided to change it themselves on the day coz they didnt like it...
Other songs that i prepared for year advisor were:
Photograph by Nickelback
Kings in Castles by Michael Tolcher
Its So Hard to Say Goodbye To Yesturday by Boys 2 Men
New Beginning by Shannon Noel
Heres To The Nights by Eve 6
Forever Young by Youth Group
I know its a while away but the year will go quick hope this gives u sometihg to think about
Then I found out it was a song about a one night stand.
For my Year 6 graduation, a couple of girls rewrote Enrique's "Escape" (yes, he was all the rage then). It was like, "sooooon you'll be finding / we'll be high school kids and not primary kids anymore" ahahahaha it was sooooo lame, but we thought we were the bees knees at the time.
ANYWAY. Graduation songs.
Graduation Day - Chris Issaak
Closing Time - Semisonic
Graduation - Third Eye Blind (lol. not really. but still. it'd be funny.)
Good Riddance - Green Day
These Are The Days - 10,000 Maniacs
& any song featured on Dawsons' Creek lmao
and yeah, Here's To The Night - Eve 6 bceause really, if you didn't know what it was really about it would seem perfect.
