If Mpq=MOR

does that mean < ROC = < RCO

why ?

Does "M" mean slope?

If it does, and it usually does, then MPQ can't equal MOR anyway.

Yeah. ROC forms an isosceles triangle with the base OC. Therefore, if <ROC = <RCO, then gradients PQ and MR must be equal. I think that's right.

EDIT: To the above post - oh yeah. If it was -M(OR), then it would be right. Whoops.
