In terms of Wu-Tang solos, only 3 of them comes to mind that stands out well above the rest.

GZA - Liquid Swords
Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx
Ghostface - Ironman

Inspectah Deck's Uncontrolled Substance is also worthy of a mention. But the above albums were just the best Wu-Tang materials ever, alongside 36 Chambers.

If I had to choose one, it would be Raekwon, just for OB4CL, which is one of the best hip hop albums ever.
