Forms are made available in the first couple of weeks.

Fill one out and then they decide if you deserve one.

I don't remember much, but there are two bursaries - one from your college and one from UAS. The college awards a few, however some are conditional to participating in certain activities, i.e. the hall play. Both require that you show that there were circumstances out of your control that have put you in to financial difficulty. I didn't have to attach any proof though. You'll be able to fill one out in O-week or the week after, so like everything you worry about, don't.

Update: http://uas.anu.edu.au/money/index.php is working. The Fenner bursaries are extremely generous too.
