i've been there on a soccer tour - it was heaps good in and around the hotel; we were on the main island, around coral coast and stayed at the warwick resort :) don't bother going into the city, nothin special and its pretty dirty

clothes shopping isnt cheap there plus the fact that there isnt much variety, stick with taking ur own clothes

sammiesunshine, ur luggage weight limit should be 20kg not 16 ??

Thats really cheap. We are paying about $1750 for 7 nights but that includes flight and all food....
However i really want to stay longer than 7 days it seems too short.
Is it just normal accomodation or do they offer a schoolies thing like some places?

and yeah um whoever said 20 kg for luggage if you travel through unleashed the schoolies fiji organisation the luggage limit is strictly 16kg.
and everyone tells me not to shop there except for jewellery and that sort of thing... my problem is that i tend to pack WAY more than i ever need.

if you want to go to beachcomber you have to book soon tho as they don't have many spots as mango
