With no book, no sample essay questions and no logical progression from week to week, Im really looking forward to the midsemester.

Does anyone/past students have exam advice/tips?

Make sure you understand whatever notes they give out.
Thats all the advice that can be given. It wasn't as good a course as I expected nor as organised or structured as one would think a uni course should be.

Thanks for the tips guys, for future users who are just as clueless. The stuff in the midsem are pretty much stuff you can get off the lecture notes.
With the stochastic formulas we just needed to know the principles underlying it as oppose to actually using them.

Wondering if anyone has tips about the finals : D? If not I may just hijack the old fin310 thread.
Oh and I concur with the statement above on how they really should structure it somehow.
