did anyone else find out their rankings for the first time today? i did surprisingly better than i thought i would in all of my subjects but i get the feeling religion is going to count now and 1u of croatian isnt crap.. if we got our rankings earlier i could have worked harder on re

My school provided me with my final rankings already, but I checked Students Online anyway just to make sure they didn't stuff up (which usually happens to me).

couple of my rankings improved by 1 or 2 places then to which my school report stated. so im a bit happier.

I thought we were going to get our internal MARKS. I already knew my ranks. Got excited about nothing.

wheee! We got our rankings with our report so not many surprises...but I keep remembering my maths rank as something sorta average...but now i realise it's better than i have been thinking for the past month

i finally got mine. i was quite surprised. i expected my ranks to be like the average of my 1st and 2nd semester marks but theywere all better than the averages which is cool. english for example i ranked 70 in each semester out of 271 but my overall rank improved to like 62 which was cool. bio i was 6th then 2nd and final i got 3rd. chem i got 8 then 4 then final as 5th. with geo it was very interesting however i had an estimate for half yearly i went from 8 to 5 then finally to 4th. that was cool, very happy!!!!!!! a nice surprise

Well at least this makes me feel better...I hope my HSC marks are as good as my ranks.

Go and see your school principal immediately (on Monday, then), and let him/her know about it. Talk to your subject teacher as well.

it could be right. some of the report rankings you get from school are scaled in some assessments and not others and that sometimes affects your ranks. in this i think they send in all your raw marks and bos calculate it or maybe the school does. at my school our teachers say that our report ranks are different to our assessment ranks sent out.

just check it to be safe though. it could mean a couple of vital marks or uai increments

we got our results in our reports as well, but there seems to be a couple less people in my maths class than there was before. ah well.
