Equate the equations together.

x - y = 4 (1)
2x+3y = 3 (2)

x = 4+y

Sub into (2)
2(4+y) + 3y = 3
8 + 2y + 3y = 3
5y + 8 = 3
5y = -5
y = -1

Subbing this into (1)

x-(-1) = 4
x+1 = 4
x = 3.

Therefore they interesect at (3,-1)
