Your first port of call should always be the Student Enquiry Service located in Lincoln or Undergrad Studies.

And even then, after enrolment, tutorials should be able to be changed via WebCT, but be warned, that you should consult your Lecturer or Unit Convenor, as some are a bit touchy on people moving around after first week.

Man Macquarie has pissed me off! I rang them concerning changing my timetable as i need to pick up a subject and they say i can't do it over the phone that i have to go into the uni during the first week and get it signed by acad heads!

But if i wasn't a first year or anything like that they would do it over the PHONE! or NET!

Its done like that because the vast majority of First Years are idiots or have no idea what theyre doing, imagine 100 or so asking "umm what subjects do i do?"

This way, at least the academic heads or relevant parties can look over it and spot any irregularities.
