Anyone got any tips for helping with food poisoning?

I think I ate something bad then at the UTS info thingy it hit me... hard. The train ride back was the worst

I think I ate something bad then at the UTS info thingy it hit me... hard. The train ride back was the worst

my mate had it a week ago. just drink a lot of water and if you feel like doing number 2 or vomiting then do it because that's your body trying to get rid of the bacteria. so two things: drink a lot of water because you don't want to get dehydrated and stay close to the toilet. you'll need it a lot. it should be gone in about 2 days or so. if not then consult your local doctor.
