As soon as I read the thread title, I thought of pasta.
But it isn't really high in nutrition. Just lots of carbs. Still cheap, though.

Tofu is definitely up there. If you can't marinade it yourself, there are ready kinds that are absolutely kick-ass - full of flavour.

But I'd say lemons are great. They're cheap and they've got iron, vitamin c, etc.

home cooked chicken/beef burgers if u make sure to drain the fat.

home made fried rice is pretty good/cheap.

home made nachos.

Long as you home cook and and dont use redicullous cooking methods or ingredients. there pretty healthy.
