I plan to use a translated German text- a brochure issued from the Nazi party around WWII concerning the "evil" foreign press and the way they manipulate truth, doctor photographs, make cartoons, etc. It is such a good related text, with very persuasive and emotive language and visuals. However, one of my english teachers said that I should definetly NOT use it in trials, or HSC, because of it's questioned credibility as a translated text. But I think this shouldn't matter...I mean, it's not like I am about to publish it to the world. I think it should just depend on how well I use the goddamn thing.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
