Nothing beats a good blowdry...

I regret spending so much money on bizarre elaborate hairstyles with 190 bobby pins.

I would probably have a simple hairstyle for my formal, e.g. blowdried/straightened to perfection, sleek and shiny...or just a basic yet elegant up-do. nothing that resembles the statue of liberty.

Not worth the money. Or time.

Sure, it had loads of product, pins and little sparkly things in it. Too bad it took two hours and $70.

I wore my hair out. Had it done at the hairdressers-curls
took ages to do, though it was worth it, looked really nice:)

how long is your hair?
you could always buy a curling wand and do your own hair, or get someone to help you do it.

Dr paint is the cheaper alternative
