hmm i just logged into the wombos webpage, wombos.unsw.edu.au and saw this:

UDUS FUNDS

When you connect to the UDUS modem pool, the time you use is charged to one or more funding sources. These can include allocations from a school within the university, money that you have paid, or some other source.

You have $11.20 available for use on the UDUS modem pool.
SOURCE STARTS EXPIRES CREDIT
OP001 COMPSC PS02031 24/07/2005 12/09/2005 $11.20

do we get this like on a regular basis? or is it a one off thing?

they noted this on the cse site somewhere

its a minimal credit to allow for the prevision to provide cse students enough time online to do what they need to do in regards to there comp subject

they recently talked about getting rid of it, lets hope budget cuts don't come down to it going away, I like having a backup there :p

On a regular basis, depending on the number of COMP subjects you currently do.

The credit expires every session.

I use it for UniWide... at one point I had $50 credit or something o_O

It gets deducted automatically as long as you have a uniwide account ... but I suggest you talk to the nice folks up at Disconnect
